She is 38 years old, and she said at the beginning of the show that she didn’t think she would get this emotional. They had decided to separate only after four years of marriage. Rachel Talk About Their Difficult Time

Rachel told Van Lathen, her co-host, that she’s trying her best to get on that podcast, and she’s trying very hard to do that. There she said about their upcoming breakup that she would not discuss it. She will do so eventually but now is not the time. She’s just trying to take it day by day.
On January 2, Brian, 43, filed for divorce from Rachel. After this he also told the date of his separation which is 31st December. When asked the reason for their engagement, they replied “irreconcilable differences”. The chiropractor posted a statement on Instagram in which she confirmed the couple’s breakup.
