Eastwood was taken into custody shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday and booked into the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) jail. According to authorities, the arrest was made “based on statements and injuries” at the scene. A bail of $50,000 was set, and Eastwood was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday. She was released from jail on Sunday, according to a BHPD public information officer.

Beverly Hills police responded to a call that came into their North Rexford Drive station regarding a potential domestic violence incident. Reports suggest that Eastwood and her boyfriend were driving through Beverly Hills when a verbal altercation escalated into a physical confrontation. TMZ reported that Eastwood allegedly became physical during the argument. Following the escalation, her boyfriend contacted the police and was instructed to drive to the BHPD’s safety zone, where officers later arrested Eastwood.
Eastwood was booked on felony charges under PC 273.5, which pertains to domestic violence resulting in injury. However, Beverly Hills Police Department Lieutenant Andrew Myers declined to provide further details beyond her release on Sunday.

Court records show that Eastwood has faced legal issues in the past. In 2015, she pleaded no contest to a DUI charge, though the case was later dismissed.
