68th National Film Awards

The 68th National Film Awards function is upcoming. In this event, the Directorate of Film Festivals presents its annual National Film Awards to honor the best films of 2020 in Indian cinema. The award declaration date is not confirmed yet due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Selection process

  • The Directorate invited online entries.
  • The accepted last date for entries was 12 March 2021.
  • Feature and non-feature films certified by the Central Board of Film Certification between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 were eligible to film Award categories.
